Highly unprofessional and borderline criminal activity.
I would urge anyone to heed the advice of previous reviews. This company has been unresponsive after informing my car had been damaged. The owner Chris Ko has not been helpful at with responses regarding when I would be receiving my car and to what extend of the damages have occurred! This is a highly distrustful business. Please do not make the same mistake I did by choosing this auto transport.
I had the same issue and I wish I had seen previous reviews. Chris Ko is a liar and a cheat. My car was damaged and he knew it was the fault of his driver and still did not take reponsibility. First they won’t take any calls for weeks until you leave a message and threaten legal action. After that they give you the run around. My car was brand new on pick up and fucked up on delivery. Run from them and run fast. Worst company ever. They are very nice when you initially call because they want your money. They have incompetant drivers and non English speaking drivers. Fuck this company. I have a lawsuit pending.
