do not use cobalt for your shipping needs. we bought a car three weeks ago and cobalt arranged the shipping. the car and driver delivering our car are missing! and the owner of cobalt could care less.

After I cancelled all transport. Joe harassed me the day after cancellation calling me a “white trash piece of S*** with my 05 Rubicon”. Ill never use this company again or refer them. Verbally harassed, terrible customer service and highly unprofessional.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. QUOTED $550, CHARGED $775. WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY. JOSEPH SCREAMED AT ME OVER PHONE, SAID I WASN’T THEIR CUSTOMER, HUNG UP ON ME AND NOW JOSEPH IS THREATENING TO SLANDER MY COMPANY ONLINE, WHICH HE HAS NEVER EVEN BEEN TO. UNBELIEVABLE, BUT IT HAPPENED. I HAVE ALL RECORDS, TEXTS, EMAILS, STATEMENTS, ETC… BANK RULED IN MY FAVOR AND REFUNDED THE MONEY COBALT TRIED TO STEAL FROM ME.
