This company damaged my gate as they drove off my property, they hit the gate and destroyed it. When they stopped we let them know what they did, but Jason Brockman told us to go f*** our selves and that he would NOT pay anything or fix it. And then he drove off, when we called the company they said it was NOT there issue and hung up the phone, that to was Jason Brockman owner of J&J Transport LLC. Please this is fare warning never use this company, they will damage your car, and refuse to fix it. They where also late and never answered my calls. The company information is below:

I agree with the other reviewer. Jason Brockman is an unprofessional & waste of a human being. He transported a unit for me & was rude to myself & my customer. He changed the entire transport once he had possession of the unit. He was 2 days late on pickup & never seemed to know where his driver was. After some research it seems he gets his Motor Carrier numbers revoked an awful lot, anyone thinking of doing business with this coward, should think again. Jason Brockman is a terrible business owner with very low ethics.
J&J damaged my car during the unloading and will not pay the damage. They lie about the damage and refuse to take Responsibility for the damage they have caused. I will be filing complaints with Federal Agency’s in the hopes they can deal with this company. Do yourself a favor don’t use them, don’t walk away, RUN away.
The worst service I have ever seen, Jason does not follow thru with anything he commits to. The other owner is just as bad. Don’t ever use this company, they do not take care of your property and are rude to ad insult to injury.

This company damaged my car and refused to pay for the damage, they are rude and once they get your money will not keep one promise that was made. Don’t walk away RUN away from these crooks.
Jason, I am sure your parents are proud that they raised such a crook. This company promises anything you want, then does none of it. If your smart you pass on these bottom feeders.
The top review is from a dealer who wrote us a bad check, then tried to claim his gate was damaged once we pursued legal action regarding his bad check. The bottom three reviews are all from the same customer, clearly evidenced by the fact all four are from the same day, using different names. In that case, the customer was upset that his claim for damages was denied as fraudulent by both an internal, and external review not only by us, but by the bond company, insurance company, and brokerage firm as well. Customer claimed the worn and clearly high mileage lower air dam beneath his bumper was “cracked during unloading”. The vehicle was pre-restoration, in poor condition, and the age and heavy use of the air dam was not consistent with it being a fresh crack. The customer then submitted an estimate to have his entire front bumper/fender replaced, including paint. Items that obviously weren’t even initially alledged to have been damaged. I’d be wary of websites that allow completely unvetted and unverified reviews.
Damaged my new car in transport. I had to pay out my own pocket and the owner Jason BROKEMAN is a real con artist that needs to be stopped. Found out he also is a sex offender. Don’t deal with him or anyone associated with him. Its a matter of time before he gets his.
We have no record of a “Charles Garner” in our customer records.
However, after making some calls, the company that appears to have transported your vehicle, is “J&J transportation” out of Texas.
A state that we are not, and have never been based in.
Also, after some research, I was able to locate the gentleman who’s name is similar to mine,who appears to be a registered sex offender.
He is roughly a decade older than me,lives about five states away from me, and is a completely different race altogether. Other than those glaring differences, I could see how the mistake could be made.
Also, I wonder, how much of this would be said in person?

Perfect service. This company was reccommended to me by Streetside Classics in Charlotte NC. The transported a classic car for me, delivered on time and the driver noted every little detail on the bill of lading before loading and had me review it with him on delivery.
This company brokers out loads to other carrier and does not pay them for the work they do. They owe us $1400 over 4 months ago, do no take their loads
Jason brockman is a total crock, his dot info isnt even legal. He was shut down last year and never recieved his mc/dot Authority back. He has debt up to his ears, and beats on his girl. Broke her leg 2 years ago, beats on her all the time. Yes he us a sex offender to.
