This company are scammers they scam me of $700 because I gave them pick up order and they pick the cars but they did not deliver the cars
and they did not pay the driver

2js transport are the biggest bunch of liars I have ever dealt with. Their get to your location in 4 days promise is an empty promise. I waited over double that !!! For the additional days after the promised 4, I was promised to have it the next day. I heard this 4 times. I was lied to by dispatch and Their joke of a customer service representative. All the excuses given for late delivery were so lame and transparent my intelligence was insulted. NEVER would I suggest 2js as a vendor. Not even to someone I deem as sleazy as 2js.
2J’s are expert scammers. Now that they have done the same to me I’m reading all the bad reviews and every bit of it is SO familiar. Their driver totalled my vehicle and their only response is to say that I’m mean because I’m angry with them. WOW! Their driver called me three days into the transport asking me for money as he didn’t have enough to buy gas to get to the destination. Once he arrived it became apparent that he’d abused my vehicle, had taken it on some sort of off road adventure and delivered it filthy inside and out, with dents, damage, and major components missing that he’d damaged so badly he just took them off and hoped I wouldn’t notice. Both axles on my vehicle are bent and the undercarriage is a mess. I suspect the frame might be twisted. It was a two day trip up a major interstate (that 2J’s driver turned into a four day debacle, taking my vehicle 1000 miles out of the way and essentially totalling it). I’m having it tested for meth and drug residue as well (why on earth would you drive to nowhere Nevada from LA if your destination was straight up I-5?). I’m currently fighting it out with the insurance companies and 2J’s pretends they aren’t responsible. If you are looking into this company make sure you read all the bad reviews out there – they are the truth. I don’t know how those people sleep at night. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Liars, Bait and Switch Experts, and Extremely Shady Brokers
Do not use 2J’s for any transportation needs. They will promise you the world and then lie to you about their ability to get a driver for you on time, for that price, and make excuses throughout. I was promised on a Wed that the driver would pick it up by Fri, and when it got late in the day, they kept making excuses. No one came. No one answered the phones at all on Sat. Nothing happened until Mon and they told me the price was going UP $150 for a nonsense excuse about snowbirds. So all the snowbirds were shipping their cars on Mon and not 3 days earlier, got it, makes sense. Then they tell me the driver would have it to me in “one day transit time,” which was also a lie – it took over 50 hours! Not the driver’s fault, he ran his route to pick up and drop off other vehicles, but don’t tell me one day when you know that it will be longer by more than another 24 hours! From now on, I’m using Lightning Auto Transport and so should you!
