First, I have been told that this company removes bad reviews so I am curious to see how long this one stays on here. I was originally quoted $1100 to ship this car, a few days later they bumped it to $1200 almost 4 weeks went by when Dina the “president” called and very rudely said that they were going to have to flatbed the car to L.A. before it could be picked up. I said this was fine, then 3 days later I got an email saying it went up another $250. I argued about it for a while before giving up and saying go for it. When the driver showed up he said there was no flatbed and he hauled it the whole way. I was told the reason for the increase was it was snow bird season. I asked if it was snowbird season when I first called and she said no. I asked why I should have to pay extra when I said to haul the car before the start of the season. She gave a song and dance about how her sister in law quit and dropped the ball on my account. I tried to explain that it wasn’t my problem but all she ever said was do I cancel the order or are you gonna pay? Overall I felt she was extremely unprofessional and as the “president” I think there is a difference between standing up to a customer who is asking for the impossible and doing the right thing like standing by a quote or asking me to meet you halfway when your business drops the ball. I am extremely unsatisfied and will not be using these people in the future
Lot of telling me what I wanted to hear. As soon as the driver fell off the face of the earth I get well he is independent we don’t/can’t help you. Called daily eventually helped me. Driver got sick went home and parked the truck. or so he said. So now they offer to pay for a 5 star review. You can keep your $25 gift card.
I have used Angel’s auto for 3 times now. they service has significantly detriorated with each time. while this particular shipment was on time, the next two were terribly late and last time I was told to come and pick up my car in a mall at 1 AM. very poor service. On top of that Angels auto is offering me a $25 gift car to “post a 5 start review”. You be the judge but that sounds like bribery to me… would not use them again
