Scam. Unreliable. Does not know how to price. Does not answer their phone once they ahve your money. The company is bulit on empty promises.

SCAM. quoted me, took my credit card info and money immediately, then never picks up phone call. ended up paying an extra $150 on top of the quote price. the number you call always says “we are currently experiencing high volumes” which is utter bulllcrap. the guy John is very unprofessional and speaks like a hoodlum. AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT USE Auto Transporterz
How long did you have to wait for them to pick up your car?
When you call, the automated message always says they are busy. You can never get through to them. READ THEIR CONTRACT CAREFULLY! It specifies that you cannot report them to the BBB or any review sites, or leave negative reviews, otherwise you would pay them for damages. Basically they lie to you about price, and in fine print, it says final price determined by Carrier. So they take your initial deposit and run, and leave the Carriers to charge you even more than the quoted price. Good luck getting through to them. Worst scam by far. DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HOOLIGANS.

Very professional from the beginning. Car was picked up faster than expected and arrived ahead of schedule. Car arrived as it left, pictures were taken before and during loading. Would use them again even if they don’t belong to the BBB.
