Quoted $850 to move a car from FL to MN and between 3 – 6 days pick up.
8 days later and several phone calls still nothing so requested a refund. Over a week later the refund has still not arrived and I will now have to initiate a chargeback.
This company is a theft and also practice false advertisement. Dispatcher was also very mean
First of all, this company is a theft. I thought Direct Express Auto Transport is a reliable and trustable company, but it didn’t. They stole my GPS. When Called about the loss, they were very rude and would not cover the loss.
Secondly, they promised door to door, but in reality that have my car 20 miles away and I’ve to drove there to pick it up. They said the street is narrow they can’t get in, but that is pure excuse. I offered an open place and they won’t go there either. This is a scam practice.
Thirdly, the dispatch was really rude and not willing to help at all.
I’m very disappointed at this company and would not consider shipment with them again.
