  1. Great company, they shipped my car from California to Toronto ON on time. I used them again to ship from Toronto ON to Miami FL and they helped me with all the paperwork required. Will definitely reccommend.

    • Eddie reviews his own company, chronic liar. Do your research and read the reviews. Horrible company. So many other choices out there. Don’t make a mistake like I did.

  2. Infidelity!!!!!!

SCAM ARTISTS! I would suggest that they change the name of the company to INFIDELITY, with the connotation of cheating!… I contracted on December 30th, they promised a driver on Jan 2 or 3. They never showed up to pick up the car despite repeated reminders. They were aware ahead of time that the car had to be delivered prior to Jan 11th. When they were negligent in getting the car to me, they wanted me to file a cancellation form, indicating that I was cancelling the order so they could keep 20% of the 795.00 fee that they charged to my credit card up front before the car was delivered! I never cancelled; they never delivered! Scam artists, stay away from them. In contrast, another company offered to pick up the car in one day and deliver it in three and never wanted money till the car was delivered. Stay away from these people. Dishonest!

  3. This company has the worst service I have experienced , I wished I was not lied to and con into depositing my money before receiving any service from them. I spoke with Odlay and was promised and told I Was going to have my car pick up the same week and no longer then that. I told her I need it for that date and she said it would be done. I kept on calling to see the status of pick up and all I got was that they were still working on it. The rep will tell you everything you want to hear and even low ball you into signing the contract and then once its done they ignore you and not give you service they pronised. I waited a week and called to try and cancel the service and was directed to customer service and then was told to email my complaint and its been a few week no reply or call. This company is more like a con artist wished I was knew what I was getting into. I’m very frustrated and dissatisfied with this so called professional company. Please do not do business here go elsewhere.

  4. I too contact This scam company and wanted to ship a car to my 17 year old niece that was two weeks ago. She wanted to pay for shipping as I was giving her a car they took the deposit and all kind of excuses on not picking up the car. I will now get my law firm now involved ND attorney general of the state

  5. I contracted with Fidelity to get a truck picked up in Texas and to be shipped to Florida. I told them this had to be picked up THIS WEEK and if they couldn’t I didn’t want to use them. They assured me that they had many drivers on this very popular heavily traveled shipping routae and that it would be picked up this week as promised . So I signed with them to ship this week. I called or emailed EVERYDAY singe day after that and repeated and repeated it has to be THIS week like you promised you would do it. They kept telling me EVERYDAY that they were working on this and not to worry , that they were doing extra hard to get this done. Then on Friday when I told them this is the end of the week then it all changed to maybe next week BUT NOT THIS WEEK suddenly. Still have no pickup scheduled from.them.
Stay away a low price sounds great, but with no delivery its worse. I am now having to pay daily storage fees. They should never had taken the job for THIS WEEK!! Stay aWay!!

  6. SCAM BEAWARE!!!
This is the worst company every! Starting off the person who originally contacted me no longer work there and they never once told me that until the day after I paid for the car to be picked up. The person who was in contact with me stated the the car could be packed as long as windows were not covered. The lady Johanna schedule my car to be pick up a day early and said it would be dropped off still at designated time I want which was Saturday. Instead the driver get the car to Fl. The next day. They td the driver it would be OK to drop the car off with out even contacting me about. The driver was nice enough to send me a text message with that information. Another thing is they never said thus was a broker company so the deposit I paid was not for the driver what so every. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM AND I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR REFER ANYONE. DATE:1/8/2015

  7. If you use this company to transport your car or powersports vehicles, you are seriously risking your vehicles, time and money. Avoid these incompetent scam artists at all costs.

Originally I had contacted (in)Fidelity to ship two 7/10 scale race cars from Ontario, CAN to my home in CA. I contacted them approx a month and a half in advance as well as received another quote from a competing company. They were higher but upon calling them to discuss my shipment needs they seem to ask all the right questions to avoid importation issues that can arise. Not being a stranger to importing vehicles, I was delighted to hear they would handle everything.

After speaking with them about a few things pertaining to shipping a race car & timelines, I was confident they could handle the job. For two weeks they would call me like a rabid telemarketer to book shipment. I had discussed when this shipment would be ready but the caller seemed like she hadn’t even looked over their notes/details of my quote/call. Finally I gave them my credit card 3-4 weeks before shipment which they immediately ran for $5740 & included customs paperwork filing. Pricey, but I had not researched this company as thoroughly as I needed to. It was a little before Christmas and they told me they had trouble scheduling a driver (like many others have complained about) due to the holidays. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and told them it that was fine.

Finally the cars were picked up around 1/7/15. No mention of any issues and I was informed of the pickup. They were delivered to a warehouse in MI where they said they had trouble unloading the cars as they would not roll. I was called on 1/20 as they were having issues with my cars, and I told my contact at Fidelity how to release the brake. Apparently they ended up using 5 guys to coat the trailer ramp in snow and lift/slide the cars off – worrisome. The cars had rolled out to the truck in Niagra Falls. Now they wouldn’t roll?

On 1/26, I get a call from one of the truck drivers they brokered the load to (normal procedure for most shipping companies) and a new story emerges. Apparently my cars were sitting in the warehouse for two weeks as Fidelity was trying to broker the load at the lowest cost to them. The warehouse workers told this driver that he was the third driver to come pick up and then reject my cars. Fidelity had told all the drivers that these were just ‘go karts’ and when drivers asked for dimensions and weights my contact said he did not have that info. The dims and weight were furnished in an email on Dec 1st to Fidelity during the pre-ship process and on the shipping contract the weight was listed. I can only surmise that Fidelity would mask this info in order to get a driver to show up and accept the (presumably smaller) load for less money.

In the call with the driver, he said I would need to pay him an additional $1100 cash on delivery for him to accept my cars. Fidelity was closed & I accepted the offer to get my cars out of MI, where they were loaded and unloaded multiple times (by manhandling – the term Fidelity used in an email to me), moved, and hopefully not damaged during a two week stay.

I emailed Fidelity to which I received an apology, then another email basically stating that I shouldn’t have accepted that offer, and that they could have worked with that driver to get the additional request lessened (or charge commissions on top of it, probably). I was blamed that the cars were not in running condition and for the aforementioned problems. In the original call during the quote process I had said these were RACE CARS and they would not be able to be driven gently up a trailer & they would have to be rolled on (only 800lbs each). I was sternly told that no discount or reimbursement of any kind would be given. They went on to complain about the $15/day storage fees that were piling up (they are the victim, right?), however it was almost entirely because they spent weeks trying to broker the last leg of the load, and not the weather. I was informed this was a “bum run” or basically a wash for them. The driver stated he was receiving approx $2300 from Fidelity plus the $1100 I have to outlay upon delivery. Keep in mind I have paid $5740 to Fidelity already, & a $940 duty that they didn’t tell me about or work with me to appeal. The cars were manufactured in the US and returning to the US. The mfg is defunct I cannot get an affidavit that they were built in the US. I am researching to see if I was falsely charged.

So, $5740 plus $940 (a surprise), plus $1100 (surprise) equals $7780 to move 1600lbs of race car 2500 miles and it’s a “bum run.” It is now 1/27 and I am in contact with the driver who thankfully has removed the cars from the warehouse. Update 2/8 – cars arrived damaged, and had “made in USA” placards clearly visible so I was charged $940 for nothing. Pursuing refund by any means necessary.

    • I am going through a similar problem. Can I get in touch with the driver, please?

  8. I have been hounded by this company for 4 months price changes giving me a deal with a higher price. They say atruck is in my area so act fast! I have not found a reliable shipper yet been looking for 5 months. Guess i will just use my miles for a 1 way ticket and drive care from CT to Arizona myself. Too bad gas has gone up $1.00 per gallon since january 13th when we drove the uhaul out trailering my truck and leaving my wifes SUV for shipping latter.
WHY IS THERE NO REGULATION ON THIS WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING< CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT?????

  9. I can’t speak for the other people, but my service went really well. I was working with another company for awhile and had a bad experience. I hired Fidelity and they did the job flawlessly. Definitely would recommend.

  10. Hired Fidelity to ship my car and everything went well. I have no complaints other than the driver didn’t want to come to my house because my road was a culdesac, but it wasn’t a big deal.

  11. Everything went well. Driver was a little rude but I guess that’s to be expected. Fidelity did a good job overall and would definitely recommend.

  12. Canada fidelity auto shipping is a huge scam it associates with Bitcoin and at machine to steal people’s money. They said the ATM will give us back our money after we have deposited the full amount and we never got our money during this issue we called the owner of the car who is the scammer and she told us she received the 1,000 and told us to deposit the rest and then we would get our full money back. After she continuously told us that it was not a scam we deposited the rest of the 1,500 dollars from the 2,500 total and the company nor her have responded.
