People in need of auto shippers beware!!!
The worst at unsolicited phone calls! Called my phone and hung up 3 times between 4am-5:30am. I finally called the number back and told the man who answered my phone to stop calling me as it was 5:00am, and he replied by saying “fu@* you, you fu*4ing whor#”. Real professional.
I then attempted to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but the company doesn’t seem to exist. A yellow page search of the phone number and company name yielded nothing.

I contacted this compay and spoke to the owner who gave me a quote to ship my car across the country. When I told him he was too high compared to the other companies I had spoken to he said that the individuals working for those other companies were working in cubicals on dusty Dells while he on the other hand was sitting comfortably in his 4 bedroom Boca Raton home sipping on martinis and working on his apple. I told him I then needed to find a company in between his company and the others because he was obviously over priced. This clown then totally lost it and started yelling at me over the phone callinig me a cheapskate, cheapbastard, and cheapfker. He continued to call me back and yell. Stay away from this jerk and his company like the plague. Would you really want to risk your car to some guy with a temper and lack of professional courtsey like this let alone with his arrogance?! He’s obviously sitting in his Boca Raton house sipping on martinis and typing away on an Apple because he over charges and takes advantage of people. It’s certainly not because he actually provides good customer service. If you do choose to work with this sleeze and something goes wrong in the process of working with him you will most likely be very disappointed with the outcome. Ask yourself; do you reall want to risk that? You have been warned.

Transport Connection is rude, obnoxious and it appears as a racist
I contacted this company to get a transport quote. Inadvertently I typed in one to many digits on his contact form.
I then get this email
“XXXXXXXXX is NOT a valid phone number! If you are going to waste my time with BULLS**T phone numbers then your business is NOT welcome here…I REFUSE it…and keep the hell off of my website!!! You are TRESPASSING!!!”
I then responded and told him that the number contained one to many digits and left my corrected number.
He responded with:
“Bulls*t. You are full of s**t you fu**ing a**hole. You purposely provided a BULLS**T phone number because YOU are FULL OF S**T. Now keep the hell off of my website! You are trespassing! You are NOT nor will you EVER be my customer and ONLY customer may post reviews on Transport Reviews! I had your BULLS**T review removed and if you report me to the BBB then I will sure as hell report YOU to the KKK! F**K YOU WHERE YOU BREATHE…EAT S**T…AND DIE YOUNG YOU SCUMBAG!!!”
I informed him that I was going to post reviews everywhere and also turn the threatening emails over to the police. He called me also to harass me. He then replied”
GO SWALLOW SOME POISON YOU LUNATIC PIECE OF S**T!!! YOU GO TO THE BBB…I GO TO THE KKK…SIMPLE AS THAT!!!
This was all because I typed in one to many digits on a contact form. NOT a phony number, but just one to many digits. This email is incredibly threatening and I am going to the FL police with it. This guy needs help. BUT if you need a transporter, I would think twice about using him.

I have no idea, who this guy is and what his problem is, but he should not be trusted with your vehicle transportation needs. He needs go to Anger Management, because this dude has daddy issues.

Yesterday 7 April 2014 I read some great reviews about Bill of Transport Connection. So much that I made the decision to use his service so I sumitted for a quote.
The quote was to move my 75 Datsun 280z from WA to AL.
This morning I received the quote via email $915 standard, $1065 expedited and $1580 Enclosed. Quote is good for 2 weeks.
I had a some questions so I contacted Bill. He was busy and I was second in line and as promissed he called me back. We had a great conversation and I informed him that as soon as all of the paperwork was finalized on my new car I woulld call him to get the ball rolling. He agreed and the conversation ended well.
By lunch I received a second quote with the same quote #. The prices had changed $1000, $1100 and $1650.
Then this evening I received the third quote once again for $1100, $1100 and $1650.
I was at my inlaws when the final quote came through and forgot my cell sitting on the charger at my home.
I replied to the final quote email and here is what I asked. Copy and pasted from my message.
“Why does the quote keep rising in price? I received the first quote early this am and 2 more since all with different prices.
Thank you
S. Dibble”
Immedietly I received this reply from Bill. Once again copy and pasted from the email.
“Why are you sending me electronic messages via your computer rather than picking up your telephone and dialing my number to speak verbally about your quote? And why am I get some nonsense voivemail greeting when I immediately called your number after receiving your email? That’s alright, I am no longer interested in doing business with you and you’ll have to deal with someone else. I have just set your email account to SPAM/AUTO DELETE and deleted your quote info from my database.

“Wow, this is how you treat a prospective customer. We spoke earlier today, guess you dont remember that. I did answer my call then.
To answer your question, my cell is not with me. I forgot it and am at my inlaws home. Secondly it is not a crazy VM, it is intended to stop Telemarketers in their tracks and it works. If you listened to it you would have heard it say “If I am doing business with you please leave a message and I apologize for the length of the message”.
I guess I will have to post my experience with you and copy paste my 3 emails with 3 different quotes along with this email on the transportation review boards.
This is very, very disapointing.

So I guess this is how he treats a prospective customer. I asked a simple question and got my pervervial head bit off. Better now then have a problem during shipping.
BTW- my voicemail on my cell is a 3 minute anti-telemarketer message citing all of the goverment laws that unsolicited telemarketers are violating. It also states that if I have am or have done business with you to please leave a message and I apologize you had to listen to the long message.
Hopefully this review will assist others. Unfortunately I will be forced to find another carrier which may take me a few days of research.

I filled out a form to get an auto shipping quote and the website must have provided my info to this company along with about ten others. I simply told them not to call me again. Instead of just letting it go they called me back two more times. The first time they screamed at me and called me expletives, and the second time called me a “f88888g fag88t.” All this just for asking them not to call me again… I don’t know what kind of so called business this is but it appears from many other reviews that I am not the only one who has experienced this petty harassment from My Transport Connection 561-982-1275. Clearly I will not be doing any business with Transport Connection Boca Raton. I would just rather not ship my car if they were the last transporter on earth.Oh and go ahead and sue me you loser!
