got a quote , signed contract , paid invoice , car never delivered! when I called they told me the price would be almost double what was quoted and that’s why they did not pick up the vehicle. when I tried to cancel the lady was rude and hung up on me. save your time and find a real company!
they will tell you they got a driver when they don’t. i think there in with the auctions to accumulate storage fees. they did refund my money. ( – a $50. fee !!! !!! ) 1 gentleman down there was extremely rude. the rest of the people were very nice
I agree with you. We’ve used this company one time before and ended up paying storage fees. This is our 2nd time using them and we are now going through the same thing…no driver each day goes by we are being charged. I believe they are in cahoots with Ridesafely auto auction so they can get more storage fees out of you.
I contacted this comany as ‘famous and reliable’ carrier, in fact teir price was way above the average, people who spoke with me were very rude. Besides after i arranged the pick up wth them , on the very next day they called me asking to pay extra $200 fee in rather demanding manner.
That sound like financial scam, so i used the carrier my sister knew (* important fact is that haulmatch are brokers who works with transporter websites and do not own thir own trucks!!! So we are overpaing just for the estimate and phone call!!!!
Besides, i spoke with the driver who got my car delivered on time and he told me that Haulmatch is not paying carriers afterards making financial scam schemes!!!
People, be aware of these scammers and do not intrust them your money and vehicles!!!
Do not ever ship a vehicle with this company. Everything they wrote on their website is a lie. I shipped a car to Ghana on 4th March, it’s May 13th now and the car is still not yet in Ghana. I was told it will arrive today 13th May, now I’m being told it will arrive in June. Their website says 4-8 weeks yet I will be lucky to have my car in 12 weeks. Customer service is so dishonest and keep telling lies every time, totally unprofessional. When I complained about their negative attitude and bad reviews, they accused me of writing all the negative reviews which is an extremely stupid thing to say. The BOL sent to me was fake with a made up estimated delivery date. It’s crazy how IAAI will allow a company like this to even advertise with them.
