Tons of excuses and a late pick up. I was never able to get anything resembling an exact time out of these people. The drop off was also not on the date we were told by the driver. As a customer I shouldn’t have to bend over backwards to accommodate a vendor, it should be the other way around. I have multiple emails to corroborate my story.

This company has terrible service! I booked them through UShip to ship my car from Illinois to California. I was told the car would be picked up between Monday, November 16th and Friday, November 20th. Not only has it not been picked up, no one from the company has contacted me at all since signing my contract the day after booking, despite multiple requests. On Tuesday I hadn’t heard from anyone, so I sent an email requesting an update. I received an email back that dispatch would call me the next morning. When I did not receive a phone call, I called dispatch myself and I was informed that I wouldn’t receive a call until 24 hours before pickup. Since it was already Wednesday afternoon, I assumed I would receive the call Thursday and the car would be picked up Friday. Now it is Friday afternoon and not only is my car still here, I have not been contacted by a single person. I am now cancelling my shipment with them and trying to find a new company. I’m not in a huge rush, so it honestly would not have been a big deal for me to push the shipment back to another day, but to set up a pick up window and then not show up or contact the customer at all is inconsiderate and unprofessional.
Same as everyone else. They submitted a low bid, took the commission, and ran away. No customer service.
Same as the others, they make the cheapest bid and then if they can’t find a driver at a price that makes them their desired profit, they drag their feet until your forced to cancel. No harm for them, as it’s not their time that they’re wasting. Lots of talk, not much walk. They don’t answer the phone and ignore e-mails. Seek other options.

Got our kids car to college with no hesitation. They did good work, for a fair price.
My order was K21847. These people were good to me. They seemed to have it under control. Driver was nice enough. Communicated well. They asked me to leave a review here if I felt they did what they promised, and I feel like I got what I paid for.
