Absolutely horrible, dishonest, thieving company. Charged an unauthorized amount to my credit card, and attempted to charge it TWO more times! Still haven’t been refunded the initial $200 they wrongfully charged. I had to change my credit card, been hassling on getting this refunded with no luck. They NEVER answer their phone. Every time I call I get Alex’s annoying voicemail. Very shady company. They initially offered me a lowball quote on shipping, and still haven’t provided any information on finding a carrier. STAY AWAY FROM SAKS AUTO TRANS, unless of course you enjoy losing money to a scamming, dishonest, swindling, cowardly company. There’s plenty of other honest, legitimate companies that deserve to earn your business. I’ll say it again, SAKS AUTO TRANS is a thieving, dishonest company. Their quotes may seem enticing, but STAY AWAY!!
Sak Auto Trans is a dishonest company. Never fall for their low ball quote. They rip you off for your deposit. The owner, Alex, has an attitude. He refused to listen to you. He keeps saying that I won’t get my refund back. Never use this company for their service
Yes this is a thieving company. And Alex? What a jerk! If he answers his phone which is rarely, is so rude and unprofessional. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They took my unauthorized deposit and have never scheduled the transport. I am contacting the Attorney General regarding this scam of a company!
DO NOT USE SAKS AUTO TRANSPORT!! The owner of Saks Auto Transport, Al (Alex). He’s a one-man shop, as it turns out, and he’s a crook and a scammer. On 3/1/16 I gave him a deposit of $200 on his quoted delivery price of $400. When Al told me ten days later that he couldn’t find a driver who would deliver for that price, I canceled the order. He got very rude and discourteous, but then finally sent me a cancellation order on 3/28/17 and promised a prompt refund of the $200 deposit. That never happened. I talked with him on many occasions in 2016 as well as many more times in 2017, all documented. Every time we talked he said he’d get back with me as soon as his bookkeeper found the paperwork. Of course, he has never gotten back and has not refunded the money, even after my July 2017 ultimatum letter to him.
