First I rated Affordable Auto Transport very high in my last review, they were good on the first half of my agreement but then dropped me. No phone answering even with the so called “Personal Number” !
I had four vehicles to move to California, two standard vehicles and two special needs vehicles.
They took the two standard vehicles right away telling me there would be no problem getting the last two special needs vehicles picked up and delivered to California. I let them take the first two vehicles and then that was it. It was like I almost didn’t exist.
At first they answered my phone calls and maybe an e-mail but then I couldn’t get through. No phone call were being answered by Ryan, the agent, who gave me what he called his personal number so I would not be left without someone to call…, must have been a joke. Well I was left without some to call and my two special needs vehicles were left in MA, great huh.
Thanks to friends in MA my vehicles were moved and finally transported by a company that did what they said they would do, no empty promises, no forget about you as Affordable Auto Transport did to me.
To all who consider this company for transporting your vehicles, IMHO they will leave you holding your key without your vehicle.
I would not use them again !
The only incentive I was given to enter this review was that AAT did not complete the contract with me and left holding two vehicles in MA, looking for someone to pick them up before my house would be sold.
I am very disappointed in what started to be a good experience in vehicle transporting and turned into a nightmare.

These guys are total scumbags stay far away. John Parker is the rudest person and will harass you long after you reject their services. Make sure you call blocked because they will text you after without your permission and send you MMS messages and have their buddy’s call you under the guise of Carshippingpro.net. They also operated or still operate under “American Auto Transport” they create multiple yelp listings to hide their negative reviews. John will make craigslist ads to get people to call you and use his resources to annoy customers like a child. I had to file a police report against him for making terroristic threats late at night and hanging up and reported him to Dealer Track for posting false ads with my #. Run Far and Fast from this maniac!!!

We have no record of you in our system and would love so more information so we can clarify this issue and to take the appropriate steps. Can you provide us the police report you have filed, and also who and when you spoke to someone at Dealer Track, as this is software particularly pertaining to Auto Transport Brokerage firms.
PLEASE READ!!! This “transportation company ” is a scam! Do your research before you decide on a company to ship your car. I have now opened up BBB complaint against this company. It has been over 2 and a half weeks since they debited money from my account. They will call from multiple numbers and use numerous names. Beware, I thought everything was legit. I thought I had found a reliable company. They stated they found a driver to transport my car from VA to FL. Sent a contract and debited the deposit from my account. On the day the car was supposed to be picked up the driver never showed up. The driver called us for 5 hours stating there was “traffic, the car broke down, etc.” It was horrible. I called the “company” who never tried to arrange another pick up and every time I called for my money back for a service that I did not receive, the “manager ” was never available to process my refund. They even stooped so low that they sent me a fraudulent email showing that a “refund ” was in process only to find out it was a fraudulent document. The response from the “company” was your “refund was sent.” Why would I still be pursuing this with all my bank statements to show they debited my money but never refunded it. That is very easy to prove. They think that they can just take people’s hard earned money and hope people will get tired of chasing their money down. But I will not back down from these frauds. I have every email and text correspondence between us saved as well as my call logs and voicemails. I am also in the process of submitting my entire bank records from the time period in which I dealt with them to the BBB. Run far away from this company. I wish someone would have warned me
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Not only did they keep my truck for 16 days, but did nothing to make the situation better. The driver then left my truck in someones yard NOT MINE while I was at work and unable to meet them at 2am when they got to MARYLAND. This was literally going from NYC to MD. 5 hours away took over two weeks. Not to mention Ryan refused to give me their insurance information or DOT information. They are on top of it to take your money but two weeks of no car they don’t care, they brokered the deal to a idiot who felt like he was doing me a favor! Never use them.
Thanks for all the bad feed back on Affordable Auto Transport, I will for sure be sure 100% than the broker I use will stay far away from them. How can they be allowed to operate when do such bad service ?
