I contacted AA through their website and made a request to transport my motorcycle. My request stated clearly that the bike must be delivered by May 29th, 2014. After receiving an email confirmation a few days later, I called to check on the delivery date. Issac told me that he could not guarantee the delivery date. I cancelled my order. Now after having to file a claim with my bank Issac is charging me a $200 cancellation fee. It was clearly stated that the bike must be delivered by May 29th, 2014. Issac chose to ignore that fact just long enough to be able to bill me the cancellation fee. Upon further conversation he made additional excuses and refused to refund the fee although it cost them nothing. They are a RIP OFF. I would highly suggest that you do not even consider doing business with them.

The trucking company selected for your shipment is Specialized Transport
Inc. The vehicle is expected to be picked up between 7/2/2014 and 7/7/2014.
Generally, the driver will contact origin approximately 6-24 hrs in advance.
In the event that the driver has not contacted origin by the last day shown
here 7/1/2014 please contact our office.

AA Motorcycle Transport was promptly paid in full. We received a call on 3 July that the bike will not be picked up until 11 July. Unsuitable excuses from company were given. I am very disappointed but not surprised now that I read their customer service reviews. I am on the receiving end of this delivery and have been informed it will be here on 21 July. I now have scheduled time off work to do everything EXCEPT ride my bike as I had planned. Buyer beware, AA Transport will apparently accept your money and quote you a date range WITHOUT responsibility or delivery. This review is in no way reflective of the service from Specialized Transport Inc ( email excerpt), which will hopefully get my bike to me by the 21st as they have promised. This has been a frustrating and eye opening experience trying to get a bike across the country. Definitely not using this company for the other two bikes and cars.
