I hired this company to move my car from LA to Miami based off the excellent reviews. I guess they find a different company to do the actual driving, which was Black Knight. I told All American I will not physically be in Miami until the 20th. Guess what? My car is 3 days early. They would not store my car either. I originally gave Black Knight an address I thought I would be at, but told them I may have a different address if I don’t pick that specific apartment. They said that’s fine and they would contact me the day before for the new address, which I provided for them. They said okay. Then come the day of, they told me they can’t drop it off there in Fort Lauderdale and that they would just leave my car at the previous address (which I told them I did not decide to get that apartment) AND HIDE THE KEYS SOMEWHERE. Yes, ABANDON my car without me signing off on it. I told them I would SUE them if they did so. This is all over text messages, they do not use the phone. What company uses texts? I think everyone was so unprofessional how things were handled. I would NEVER ever use either companies again.
**UPDATE** Vivian emails me about the situation so I can remove the review. Fine let’s talk it out. I provide her the screenshots of the texts as proof on my part. She emails me back to tell me because I paid the company ahead of time IT IS MY FAULT that the car was delivered early. No one told me to pay later, I was told by the driver to pay $600 when he picked it up. She admits the car was to be delivered no earlier than the 20th, but yet IT’S MY FAULT once again. She would not apologize for the incident, but asked for the review to be removed. Maybe if she apologized after I showed her all the texts from the other company that would have been quite different, but to blame me? Okay. Great.
My 2014 Audi is now in possession of my future roommate I have not yet met, across the country. I was put in a desperate situation since they were early and would not store my car and planned to hide my key at a residence I do not live in. Vivian says it is my fault I gave Black Knight someone’s number to have it dropped off. And she doesn’t see where it’s their fault or Black Knight’s fault. Yes, totally, totally MY fault I paid early and had my back against the wall………………
I originally was going with another company but they where giving me the run around. I got in contact with Josh at All American Transport who was very helpful and everything was done properly.

This is my second vehicle transport in the past two months. The first was a move from FL to TX and it was a royal pain in the ass. I fell for one of the oldest tricks – pay a deposit and then the driver demands more money on delivery. I’m still recovering my deposit on that one!! This second move went exactly as described. All American Transport promised not to charge the deposit until a company was assigned the pickup. They did exactly that. Shipping Experts was assigned the job and they called the day prior to pickup with an estimated time. They then called the morning of and arrived on time. The same was done on the vehicles arrival in Texas. They called on Sunday to notify me of a delivery window on Monday. They then called an hour or two out and arrived at the exact time given. I made sure I chose a 5 star rated company this time and they did a terrific job. Way to go All American Transport and Shipping Experts Trucking CO. Thanks Josh.
I booked All American Transport on 5/1/2014 for a 7/1/2014 shipment from Boston MA to Dallas TX. Jack Morris sent me a confirmation quote for $ 800 which we both agreed too. Last week of June I called them to confirm the pick up and was told yes everything will move as planned and I will get a call with the driver name and need to be ready as planned. The day before the pickup Jack Morris called me to state prices have gone up and it will be $1000 if you want me to pick up your car. I had no option but to pay the extra $200 for this last minute Coercion.
These guys talk very friendly and send agreement quotes too but at the last minute they will not honor any email or quotes they have sent.

I left an order with this company on August 8th to ship my car from Boston to Sunnyvale CA. Vivian the person who was handling my order sent a dispatch email that a carrier called “CAA Transport” will pick up my car from August 20th to August 24th. Based on that I purchased my one way ticket to CA on August 27th, assuming that what ever happens they will pick up my car by that time. Unfortunately I did not check “CAA Transport” reviews on this website so I did not know how unreliable and unprofessional “CAA Transport” is. Vivian told me she will call me on August 23rd to update me on the exact pick up date. She did not call, but I called and she said it is going to toward the 23rd. I waited, but no one called me. On 23rd a person called Eric called me from CAA Transport and told me the truck was backing up when it hit something and it is going to be one day late. So pick up was scheduled for August 25th, one day later than the window Vivian gave me. I called Vivian and asked her for any other option. She said she has a duplicate order and she will call in 30 minutes, but she never called. I again called and asked for duplicate order she said she is working on it. On August 26th, Eric form CAA Transport called and said there was a mechanical problem and the truck is going to be one day late. I asked what is the problem and he rudely said I am not a truck driver so I won’t understand. On August 27th Eric called again and said the part for the truck has been back ordered and again another day late. When I complained he said in a very offensive way that do not tell me how to run my business and I do not care if you cancel the order and go find another carrier. All these days I was calling Vivian for an update but she suddenly disappeared, and would not return my voice messages or doing anything about my order. At the end I had to reschedule my flight ticket and pay the fee. The carrier picked up my car from a distant location from my home, and I was stuck with a horrible carrier, with no support from All American Transport.
Josh did an excellent job both times i used his services . I look forward to using all American transport in the future. Thanks again Josh
