WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
BEWARE…MAKE PROMISES THEY DON’T KEEP.
I had called a month in advance to have my car transported from Florida to California. I gave them a 10 day window in which the car could be picked and delivered. They said no problem. And there it began. The first company they set me up with tried to communicate with me through text only and were going to deliver my car before I even arrived in California. They said if I wasn’t there to accept delivery that they would take the car back to Florida. Ridiculous. Then they couldn’t find another carrier until 12 hours before I got on a plane. No stress there. The other carrier wasn’t able to make the date I needed the car by so I ended up having to rent a car for a week. They wouldn’t cover any of that cost even though they couldn’t meet my needs. Then the carrier was 3 days later than expected and they did nothing to compensate for that either. They could have cared less about helping me in anyway or that they didn’t fulfill their initial promises. I spoke to 2 manager’s who both told me that they would “look into things” and never heard back from either of them. Need I really say more…
This company started really good. But as soon as they got the deposit they NEVER checked with me again. They took the money and ran. This is not business its a robbery. But I learned my lesson. So why would you need a broker? WHY? They don’t do anything but contact the carriers. They promise but don’t follow thru. They estimated 3-5 business days of delivery and it took 20 days, they promise door to door delivery, but never happened. Carrier didn’t even delivery to the right location. So much for door to door delivery. If anyone is readying this please seek your business somewhere else.

forged signature!!!!!!!!
This co is the worst. made false phone statements in order to get my bank acct saying no withdrawal would be made until truck was delivered. truck was never picked up, $200 was withdrawn from my acct. They forged my fathers signature on a contract my father never even saw. I have sent a complaint to the Fl Attorney General. This Co should be stopped. I have used many transporters in the past but will never use this one again. Bruce.
Don’t go anywhere just look at the company website and view the customer’s feedback and ratings. This will help you in determining what services the company is offering so that you can choose which company suits you for your shipment.
