Poor communication throughout the process leading to order not being filled after waiting right up until scheduled pickup. No reasonable explanation given and neither owner or employee accepted any responsibility. I lost over two weeks waiting and now have to try and claw back a deposit. This is a schedule drive business and communication is key. I am sure anyone reading this review would agree unless of course you were part of this company.
