I saw the youtube video from Andrew Auto Transport first, then I called to speak with Brian Andrew, one of the partners at the company. They came across as very transparent, real and passionate. I was not disappointed. My car arrived when I expected it, the driver was nice and all went well. 5 out of 5 stars.
These guys are the most dependable I’ve dealt with.
Living in two parts of the country 6 months at a time, I’ve grown accustom to shipping my SUV. The one thing I could never figure out was why the price fluctuated each time I shipped. This last time I decided to seek other quotes from different brokers. This decision was followed up with a call from Taveus at Andrew Auto. He was patient with me and my concerns and went even further to tell me about how the industry works. His quote wasn’t the lowest (though not far from it) but he was honest and sincere with the info he gave me. I was immediately empowered and confident after our conversation. Taveus was the ONLY broker who took the time to educate me on what to expect and was always available during the process. Consequently, they earned my business. I’m a busy person who can’t tolerate broken promises. These guys deliver and met all my expectations. I’ll be using them on all future shipments.

Review: I am a dealer and received a 650.00 quote to ship my car with andrew auto shippers. Once they got my 150.00 deposit everything went to shit from there. They lied about the quote even down to who and when the car would be picked up! After it was all said and done 45 days later it ended up costing me over $1000.00 dollars. I would never recommend anyone using this company! I will continue to write reviews on every shipping site and hopefully force their lying ass out of business so that others are not scammed!

They told me that my car was going to deliver in 3 days. And i didn’t get my car after a week and 3 days they wasn’t trying to help me. The quote they give me wasn’t the same price when they dispatch my car. I would not use that company if they were the last one on earth. pls do not use them or u will regret it
I begrudgingly give a star because I have to give at least one. This company mislead me in terms of price. I was also ensured that the “deposit” was not in addition to to the price quote but rather would be applied to my shipping cost, this was a lie. I was told that I would be communicated with during the week of shipping and given an estimate of delivery day, I was not. I was told the company “guarantees” to be within $60 of quote, it was not. When I communicated my displeasure I was flooded with emails which seemed to blame me for any problems. By the end of the communications in which I listed the ways in which I was displeased and potential remedies for what could be resolved (expenditures) I had to send an email to “please stop communications with me”. To which the company replied “sheesh. I sound terrible. Ship your next car for free?” Not even at no cost to me would I use this company again.

Don’t use them, Im sure there our companies out there that keep their word, communicate with you, and are at least a little concerned with your potential needs (as opposed to just getting paid).

to say I did not ship – and if you value honesty – and even your car – look elsewhere FAST!
I gave Andrew auto transport a 2 week window for pickup. Despite acknowledging that the route was unusual/rare, and that it might take awhile to find a bid, they did not post about pickup until the end of the pickup window. I was forced to take the first bid that came up, to receive my vehicle only a day after I needed it. This bid was $509 over the original estimate.
Excellent service from start to finish. LISTEN..the huge problem every customer that leaves bad review has is that they have no clue how that industry works. Andrew auto Sends a video to you by email that explains it all, they send this 5 times during the process. If you don’t understand that prices fluctuate, then its your fault not the companies…at least not this companies…because they exolain it
I requested a quote from a site and got bombarded by dozens of companies calling, emailing, some of them even text messaging!! Mimi at Andrew Auto was the one that stood out- she was really honest about the price and process. She was a no pressure type agent who made me feel secure about the whole thing. I had never shipped a car before so she was patient with all my questions. My car ended up getting to Louisiana a day earlier than expected!
I will be calling you guys again and referring everyone I know!!
I chose this company based on their online reviews and I am very happy with the service. They did everything they said they would their quote was very accurate they help me understand how shipping a car really works and I think they save me from dealing with some people that made a lot of claims that they probably would not be able to have kept good on. I’m very happy with my experience here.
On 2/28/16 I contacted Andrew Auto Transport asked if they were able to service the dates of 2/29 or 3/01. I was assured that it wouldn’t be a problem. They took a deposit of 169.00 on the promise of picking up my vehicle and shipping it to me. I was told that the 29th or 1st It would be picked up at the designated location. Tony owner of Andrew Auto Transport never stayed in contact…I had to keep chasing him to find out the issue. I’ve incurred late fees due to the non professionalism of him not picking up my vehicle and non proper communication. He would not call me on phone to communicate when requested, but send text messages instead. Lying about he had drivers. This continued on into the following week all he was doing was bidding against other companies and raising my rate. I had to end up hiring another company on my own to get the job done, due to the incompetence of this joke of a company! This was a scam for my money. I’ve requested my money 3 times and still have not received a refund yet. I’m not only reporting them to BBB also going to write reviews on all over the internet for my BAD experience. They’re under investigation for their impractical practices. Avoid this company, go elsewhere to get serviced. This place is Scam!
