Alex Gersh president of Best Choice Auto Transporters was contacted 5 weeks ago and contracted to deliver a vehicle from California to Michigan, he has been paid in full and has not yet fulfilled his obligations.
I have been given 5 different delivery dates all of which passed without any contact whatsoever, and were followed with Alex not responding to emails or returning phone calls for several days each time.
The carrier that brought the vehicle from California to Indiana contacted me last Friday to tell me that Alex had not paid him and was also avoiding his calls and emails.
After not been contacted by Alex for 4 days, I placed a poor review of his services online, less than 1 hour later I received an email form Alex stating that he had done nothing wrong and would not deliver the vehicle until the negative review was deleted.
That was a week ago and I have not heard from him since.
I have also been contacted by others that have had similar issues with Alex and have also been informed of bounced refund checks and false addresses from him as well.
Do yourself a favor and use another auto transport company.
Beware, Alex Gersh asked me to pay him up front and he would provide transport for the vehicle. When the transporter arrived they would not give the vehicle till they received payment. I had to pay them on the spot. Never received my refund from Alex Gersh in the amount of $450.00.
