Excellent service thanks again
The broker, Car Shipping Pros, was marginally acceptable (they tried to help, but not helpful – hence this review). The carrier, GT Transport, was AWFUL. Truck arrived with over $3000 damage and GT Transport refused to pay for it (said WE had to pay THEIR $2500 deductible). AVOID GT Transport in Langhorne, PA, at all costs – UNTRUSTWORTHY and UNETHICAL. After back and forth for a month, I finally went to my insurance to file a claim and am HOPING to get MY $500 deductible back once GT pays them – currently in subjugation (because GT isn’t paying). Note that there was NO denying GTs culpability. We had photos and video of the loading and unloading. Be VERY careful upon any vehicle delivery to inspect thoroughly and make sure the paperwork reflects your findings!!!
