I had several issues working with the staff of Crossroads Auto Transportation, but I was able to eventually contact the owner who apologized. He is working to resolve my issues.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I entered into a contract with this company on 6/12/2014, I put down a $100 deposit and dealt with a gentleman named Rob. Today is 8/18/2014 and my car still has not been shipped and repeated requests for a refund have gone unanswered. During the first month, Rob would sometimes respond to my calls and give me excuses why my car still hasn’t shipped. I upped the fee on or around 6/26/2014 and offered to do what I needed to have it shipped but still no movement and no calls from Rob. After some unanswered phone calls and emails, I heard from Rob on 7/21/14 when he emailed me that he or someone from his office would contact me. I have not heard from Rob or anyone from his office since receiving that email.
I got nothing but the run around from Rob since day one and am pretty upset at being ripped off $100. I would look elsewhere is you are looking to ship an automobile. Maybe there are satisfied customers out there. Do you want to risk being the one like me who is not and lose your money.
