Speaking of transport scams…..I have been in the industry for over three years now and let me tell you…Scamming is at its PEAK. The company I currently work for not only terminates the possibility of scamming a customer but also opens the eyes of customers to know that the industry still has professionalism, honesty, and quality. More than ever I get customers that are so sketchy and refuse to trust a transport company and I understand why.
Not too long ago I had a customer who was already dealing with my company and even was provided with a carrier whom was scheduled to pick up the vehicle. Amidst the entire process before the vehicle was picked up another broker from a scam company portrayed himself to be myself from the same company I work with and got the customer to pay HIM a deposit fraudulently pretending to be me. This caused a major dilemma and left a bad mark on my company even though I was not involved with the circumstance.
The company I work for does not accept a deposit upfront which was explained thoroughly to this customer and any customer we provide service for. This is just one circumstance which proves that when shipping your vehicle, you MUST do your research and pay attention to detail. It also shows why it is so important to hear out all companies, but only commit to ONE! Customers often like to shop around but instead of doing so they provide their information to whomever with a “first come, first serve” attitude. Like I said DO..YOUR..RESEARCH! First come, first serve only leads to multiple companies offering the driver more money than the next to get your deal, ultimately costing more money than you should have paid entirely.
In conclusion, CUSTOMERS, beware of how you conduct business. There are plenty of companies who are professional and worthy of providing for you so don’t give up! But go the length to find who deserves it!!! For more details feel free to give me a call. I’m always available and willing to answer any questions that can help make the shipping process smooth….

I was recently scammed by All vehicle transporters based out of Davie, FL.
I tell you what If I ever get the chance to meet them personally they will not enjoy the meeting.
$100 dollar deposit gone, I told my cousin if a truck does come to pick up my vehicle do not let them take it because I probably won’t ever see it again. These are trying times for hard working Americans like myself and to get robbed by an ” all american company ” before the holidays is an absolute joke. I spoke to my lawyer we contacted the better business bureau and filed a police report for the theft but the police can’t do much more than that. There is an old saying you get what you pay for but I was expecting to get robbed by a shipping company and now my trust level is very low.
How do I go about finding a company who is reasonably priced and will get the job done right ?
