I wanted to leave a positive review, but unfortunately this company has left me no choice. They accepted and booked a bid from UShipIt (who is also on my negative list!) and then contacted me requesting more money in order to secure a trucking company. When I explained that they needed to talk to UShipIt and not me, I was given multiple excuses from a faulty computer system to blaming my treatment on an inexperienced employee. To their credit they did try to resolve the issue by refunding my deposit, and promised to keep the shipment scheduled even though they would not make any money on the deal. When I contacted the trucker directly, I was told that the transport had already been cancelled several days ago. EBidTransport had no idea it had been canceled until I called them back. They told me that they would put the request “back on the board,” but have never contacted me since. I was so frustrated with the fiasco of trying to find a reputable transport company, that I decided to fly to Kentucky and drive it back to Colorado myself.

DISHONEST!! BEWARE! They will quote you a low price ($625) that they cannot meet and then raise the price to (they raised to $725) without telling you. When I confronted about the price increase Bill became abrasive stating no one would pick up for that price and was very rude and talked over me not allowing me to get a word in. If a driver couldn’t pick up the car for the price they originally quoted me then they should have never given me that quote or accepted the order in the first place! Also, before placing my order I specifically asked if they would be able to meet the day and time restrictions I had for pick up and they said they would be able to no problem at all just to get my business and said I could choose which drivers to say yes or no too. Then they dispatched a driver on a day that pick up was not available and charged my card without authorization and I never agreed to the driver. Then I got a lecture from Bill saying that they can’t work with this time restrictions even though I had specifically inquired if they would be able to before I placed the order. Rotten company. Now I am waiting for my refund. They are giving me problems with that too. They tried to refund me for a lower price ($150) then what they charged me ($195). I have receipt and charges on my acct as proof of what they charged me. Do yourself a favor and save a headache and don’t do business with this dishonest company. I should have just flown out and driven the car myself and avoided this mess to begin with. I rarely write reviews but they are awful.
