They never showed up, almost missed my flight. Called to find what happened got crazy stories. Asked to be removed from the listing The agent asked for $50.00 ransom or else I have to wait until the contract expires in 15 days. I have never dealt with such rouge and scamming company. I will get this company to be investigated by the USDOT.
I scheduled my Chevy Silverado to ship from California to Florida and was quoted a price of $850.00. The day before it was supposed to ship they said we needed another contract because there was no delivery date on it. When I received my new contract, they had raised the price to $1100.00. Even though I had a signed and valid contract, they refused to honor it. They are dishonest and do not honor their word. I will never do business with a horrible company like this. Good luck for anybody trying to get honest service.
I have been robbed nearly 275 dollars and I’ll soon post the bank statements with the companys name. Hugo has lied to me and literally just stolen money from me. They said they had no shipper, so I called the manager, who said they did, so I recalled Hugo, and said they don’t. Fed nothing but lies, and when I cancelled they tried charging another 200 dollars. Nothing but a scam, I am still fighting for my money back
Charge the deposit but never ship the car and never refund the money. Be award never use this company raise up the shipping cost three times and truck never show up even we agree with the price.
