First of all I did the research for my brother about this company before selecting this company. My brother was in need of a transport service. I was quoted a price by this broker on my email address and on the telephone. we called on three way to make sure the price quoted on the email address was the same according to the quote number. the customer service representative was in agreement with the quote as well in the beginning. i should have known something was fishy with this comapny because they do not except credit cards. they only except certified check or a personal check. they said his vehicle would be picked up a week from the day we spoke. However, when that day came they informed him that he needed more money for them to pick up his car. We then called again the nasty dispatcher informed us that they were the broker and that the price they quoted included their broker fee of $195.00 which was not stated in the beginning. He was real rude and unprofessional and he stated “Oh yes in paragraph 17 line 9 it states that “. I said” why wasn we told that in the beginning”? I specifically asked was there any hidden fees”? you stated “”no ” in the beginning, now what we thought was going to cost $430.00 ended up costing $800.00. The nasty dispacter stated that if he wanted to get someone elsethe broker fee of $195.00 was non refundable. My brother should have been informed this in the beginning. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. AND THE CUTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I called back so I could speak to a supervisor and no one returned my call. THE PHONE WORKERS ARE HORRIBLE. THEY NEED TO ATTEND CLASSES ON PROMOTING POSITVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIKE TO BE LIED TO!
