What would you prefer?
A broker that will tell you, “We have a truck ready to pick up your vehicle but we charge you now $200 over the phone.”
Or a broker that tells you, “Your vehicle will arrive on Tuesday at 6:43”, but then you eventually find out your vehicle was never picked up.
And that one broker that explains to you that the driver’s truck has broken down when he has not located a driver for you yet.
4 weeks later he calls and says we cannot get the job done…
How about the broker that tells you, it’s okay to put your belongings inside of the vehicle and then get charged $500 more because the driver got a ticket for shipping your stuff. All of this because the broker that works for a F rated company sounds good to you and gave you a lowball price that you believed would’ve gotten the job done.
Why ignore our instincts when it comes to picking price over quality.
Honesty over a Scam!
Please communicate with me and let me know that you have located a driver. Please be honest with me and tell me that the pickup date for my vehicle is an estimated time, it could be 1-3 days before or after.
And please tell me that it is against law to have my vehicle packed with stuff so I won’t get charged more than I’m supposed to.
These are all things we should take into consideration when shipping a vehicle. You rather know the truth about what’s going on so you can adapt and adjust your plans if necessary.
The honest Broker over the Scam Artist, please be smart and choose wisely.
