I wish I would have read these reviews before agreeing to go with this company. We were referred by the people who moved our stuff (they were great ) by the way! I’m thankful my experience wasn’t as bad as some of yours…anyway, we made a booking for Aug 16th with a price of 2225. Being that we are in Hawaii we had to have someone wait for the car for us. We let regal know the car had to be picked up by the 21st or we wouldn’t have anyone there to watch it. Aug 16th came and went….we kept calling and like many of you say we were put on hold or hung up on. Finally, we got a call that the driver needed more money then what we agreed on. We were hesitant about this because this shows bad business practice but we decided to say ok because the woman on the phone promised it would be picked up by the 21st so my mom could go enjoy her birthday. The 21st came and still nothing and no phone call. We kept calling and kept getting hung up on or put on hold. Because, of the terrible customer service we decided we needed to cancel having our car shipped. We were tired of being treated like cap and belittled by these shady people. 10 minutes after canceling guess what!???? Someone called us back…wow why couldn’t they do this before!!! Ronnie called us back and even made up a lie that they had been calling my mom instead of us (funny my mom always has.her phone and she had no record of any call)!!! Ronnie began yelling at us and telling us he can’t help drivers and them being late. He failed to.understand that what made us say no way was the terrible service and corrupt business practices. I’ve never in my life dealt with such a terrible company. I hope you read these reviews before this happens to you. I lost my deposit in this and well that sucks but it was worth it to no. Longer have to deal with this company! My only option is to report to BBB so this doesn’t happen to others. Please feel free to contact me if you have a similar problem and maybe together we can do something!
I didn’t pay as much as you did, but my experience was similar. I got a real cheap quote but ended up paying a little more then what was agreed. My thing is why didn’t you tell me that in the first place!!! I was told something completely different and they admitted to it and said well “the car is there isn’t it?” That pissed me off even more. The manager Stephanie has horrible customer service skills. I got my car 3 weeks after calling to book through them. I don’t even want to get started on the driver.
Was suggested by broker to use them to transport my new Audi from LA to SFO. Overall process was extremely unprofessional (lack of updates, communication or even GPS tracking of progress). Spent a day waiting for drop-off and finally getting a hold of them – was rudely told it was “of course impossible to drop off today”. Only lady named Gladys provided helpful updates and picked up her phone.
I had a moving reservation with this jerk Ronnie at Regal Auto Transport,I cancelled my move on the 18th of May,I’ve asked for my refund several times and he just flat out refuse to give my money back,just because he doesn’t want too,very unprofessional,I can’t force him and im not going to beg but i’m definitely am going too embarrass this freaking company as much as possible
I just used these idiots too. They were recommended by my moving company. Talk about unprofessional and inconsiderate business. Btw I used them from California to Chicago and so pissed I used these fools. DON’T EVEN TRY TO USE THESE MOFOS.
I was quoted a price and when the day came for pickup, Ronnie had no driver and would not refund me my money for services not rendered. He was very rude. Please don’t use him, he is a scam artist.
