MICHAEL MALINOWSKI IS A LIAR AND A FRAUD. HE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT PICK UP YOUR CAR. ONCE HE HAS YOUR MONEY HE WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS!!! ONCE HE KNOWS IT IS YOUR NUMBER CALLING HIM, HE PICKS UP THE PHONE, SAYS NOTHING AND THEN CLICKS YOU OFF LIKE A 4 YEAR OLD. MIKE HAS A “F” RATING FROM THE FLORIDA BETTE BUSINESS BUREAU. LOOK ONLINE AT THE RATING AND ALL THOSE HE SCAMMED.

I was frauded, this caused a ft member to suffer a heart attack and destroyed us.
I look forward to talking to all others I have now learned above robbed from 90.00 to hundreds to probably biggest loss, my own, and when u look at mike on Facebook as some other victim located you realize you are dealing with a bad person the pictures he posts of himself explain the feeling one gets when they look at who they were trusting. And realize from Facebook he has been doing these scam businesses in fl and ct gold jewelry buying and auto transport fraud.
He has caused devastation and heartache at a most difficult time for my family and he laughed was an ugly pig as u can see from his Facebook pictures on Michael Christman Malinowsky and looks sort of retarded but a true con and those in desperate situations are vulnerable to someone promising them everything with a site giving him a five star review so many like myself trusted.
I look forward to hearing from all Similarly Situated so as a group we can get recourse and prevent others from being robbed by the MIKE in the Facebook pictures, it’s hard to swallow and breath after seeing mike in his pictures then you feel obligated to prevent others from getting robbed by him and this apartment with a computer and cell phone ‘business,’ that should be stopped at once
This guy was a total fraud and liar. He will take your money and promise you the world and never delivers. This is an absolute scam and you will be well advised to seek another carrier or kiss your money goodbye. He won’t take credit cards because you can cancel the transaction when he fails to deliver. Eventually he stops answering phone calls and emails.

I was told that Rock Bottom Rate Transport was going to charge me $50 through debiting my bank account for their service of putting my vehicle on the Central Dispatch Board and that the fee for me to pay the driver when the vehicle arrives will be $225. I agreed to this. By the way, I have had this company broker shipping jobs in the past few weeks for the same charge. This time was different. Yesterday I received a hotline message from chase.com which is my bank. The message said that Rock Bottom Rate Transport has withdrawn $100 and the agreed fee was $50. I called Mike on the phone and he said his rates are now $95 and if I don’t like it I can find another company. I asked him to credit my money back in to my account for the overage he took out and he said he will not pick up my truck for anything less than $95. I repeatedly asked him why did you write to me that you were taking out $50 and after I agreed in writing to the $50 that you took out $100. He said because he wanted to and that was his rate as of now. Well, to make matters worse, he went in to my bank again today June 12th. 2014 and took $50 more dollars out. I asked him if there was a clerical error and he told me that he was too busy to discuss this matter. The vehicle has not been sent and this broker has been taking money out of my Chase Bank Account repeatedly without permission. This person is rude, talks sideways and is fully non compliable. Will someone please stop this from happening. He threatened me that if I did not agree to letting him keep the $100 from yesterday then he was going to tell the driver to not get my vehicle. I did not agree to letting him keep the stolen $100 from my bank. Today he said he was too busy to explain why he went back into my account and take $50 more dollars. I have all emails, messages and vehicle paperwork that shows RockBottomRateTransport.com is a fraudulent business. I have 2 other clients that hired RBRT to hire a transport trucker but RBRT keeps asking for more money or they wont get their stuff picked up. A totally unlawful act by Mike Malinosky. If he is not stopped now then there will be plenty of innocent, hard working people who will fall to this criminal.
mike is a con artist he will lowball you on price just to get his fees and tell you theres a truck around the corner to pick up the car and once you are paid up for his fees then he will start with the excuses and needs more time , then when you cancel your order he offers to give you your refund and comes up with more excuses why he hasn’t sent the check . for 1 it states on his web page no cancelation fees! but when you give him bad reviews he threatens you with service fees for cancelling , this guy lives in an apartment and has no accounting people its just him and moves all over florida and conneticuit probably because people are after him for the same problem im complaining about if you think im lying go ahead and use this guy or check out his facebook page Michael Christian malinosky see for yourself or here read all my emails between us DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ALL HE DOES IS STEAL PEOPLES MONEY DONT BE FOOLED BY HIM WHEN YOU CALL HIM SEARCH THE NAME DO YOUR HOMEWORK UNLIKE ME YOU WILL SEE ALL REVIEWS ARE SAME COMPLAINT AS ME AND HE HAS SAME EXCUSE FOR EACH BAD REVIEW , if you are a victim of this guy already like me start filing complaints to admins on this review page and

Rock Bottom advertised “zero down, no hidden fees, no upfront $ required”. We then had to pay $120 up front. We were given an invoice that said $120 up front and $400 on delivery for a total of $520. The email said a cashiers check would do. My husband got a cashiers check for $400.
The guy got here with the car and yelled, “$500 cash or it stays on the truck.” I would have just told him to keep it.
Don’t believe them or be ready to shell out an extra $100 or $200.
This dude is a straight con artist he owes my wife money and is still ducking us. I don’t care if it’s a dollar this bastard owes its ours. I will be in contact with whoever is needed to pull down your infrastructure on this fraudulent company your running.
