shipment booked on 6/16 for moving a car from CA to FL, avialable date immediately on 6/16 Thursday. ETA for pick up is about 1-5 business days. After 14 days or 8 full business days on 6/27, no phone calls or emails of any kind from the broker giving me the statues of the shipment. So i emailed & called to leave a message. Truck it transport then replied via email stating “we were closed for the past few days and still working your shipment”, i decided to cancel the order due to the lack of customer service response and extreme late delay of vehicle pick up time & no status update of any kind. Then truck it transport charge us a bill for $75 for cancellation. They did not work on the shipment for getting picked up, after 8 full business days delay from the ETA 1-5 business days,they still want to charge to cancellation. Ridiculous business practice.
I’m having a similar experience. At one point I called the number on their website and was directed to a message with a woman saying “you have been selected to win $800!” I sent in a message via their “contact us” webpage to confirm the shipping, but never heard back.
I decided to go with a different company, but as soon as I did that, truckit reached out to me saying they are billing me for the full deposit amount ($175) for having multiple brokers. What is going on?

When you pay.. it is NOT a “deposit” it is their fee.
After that is paid (you’ll get NOTHING)
Oh, they’ll get that deposit from you by false shipping quotes that will never happen!
