Universal Transport Services Inc. are thieves especially, Shawn and Lourdes. They will promise you everything and anything to get you to leave a deposit, but once you pay you will NEVER hear from them again. They will hold your deposit for a month and will never pick up or deliver your vehicle. SCAMMERS! Dishonest people are what they are. Their customer service approach is a joke, they make fun of you and lie from beginning to end. They even curse my wife and me out. This company should be shut down and I won’t stop until that day comes!!!

No words to explain the frustration and anger with the company this is the 4th time I have posted against this “company” because they keep deleting my posts. I have filed with the BBB in Florida and spoke with the BBB just today only to learn that Universal Transport has had 41 complaints filed since the first of this year. Of these 41 complaints they have responded to NONE of them! I have come to the conclusion that this is a “company” made of spineless, cowardly, lying, thieves. They can not be bothered to return a phone call and correct a problem like true professionals. I CAN NOT stress enough how NO ONE should EVER use this “company”.
P.S Nice tactic of filing your own compliments on these boards, there is no way in the world that ANY of those compliments are real. But nice work counter balancing the complaints with the “compliments”
I put a deposit down very quick and ready to do business. then wait and wait and wait.. no confirmation of pick up date and time… two weeks passed then I started calling to get a refund of my deposit of two hundred dollars.. I still have no info or no refund! I just called again and they transfer me to a guys cell phone then I was on hold and when he came back he said he couldn’t transfer me from a cell phone to the right department and that they would call me.. last week they said they would call me.. the week before they would call me..
im a construction worker and my equipment is on that truck I am totally messed up waiting for a company to continue wasting time… I need my deposit so I can start all over with some one else.. so angry over here because its messing up my life all ready!!
I contracted with them to transport my cars. I paid the down payment. Several weeks later, two days before scheduled pick up, I called for verification. They said they wouldn’t be able to transport to my new home because it was in a “dead zone.” At that point, it was too late to contact anyone else. I had to move the cars myself. Since that time, I’ve noticed that my new home is not a “dead zone”, as every day I go out, I see car haulers on the highway.
Their customer service was fine up until they had my down payment and refused to honor the contract. Then, they wouldn’t refund the money. One person told me they’d refund it in a few days. It never happened. I even talked to a man identifying himself as the owner of the company. He was surprisingly rude and unhelpful. I had to go to my bank, and dispute the charge on my debit card. All this took about 2-3 months, so I was without use of those funds for that time. The bank finally reposted the funds.
