I was told they would pick the car up on a certain date. No one showed. Could not get a response from them, either by phone or email, as to pick-up. They did promise a refund, which did not come.
Basically, I was lied too just to get my deposit. I am in the process now of reversing the charge for the deposit.
Makes me skeptical of Brokers in general. So hard to find a transport company that actually owns their own trucks.
Never, ever deal with this company.
I just finished disputing the deposit charge with my credit card company, and thought I would finally write the review. The issue started back in May 2014. Wanted to give them a chance to make things right but ofcourse after they received my deposit, good luck getting a hold of someone at the company. I’d be happy talk with anyone in more details and show you emails to see how bad these guys are.
Here are a summary of details:
When initially quoting me for the service, they made all sorts of promises (mistake 1, i took their word) like they can pick up the car within 24 hrs. I needed that as i was incurring storage charges. Promise 2 they will cover storage fees if they cannot pick up within 24 hrs. Asked to send an updated contract with that wording, but never received it.
After 4 days, I still was not able to get a hold of anyone, so I immediately got another transporter to pick up the car. I’ve tried calling Xavier, Shane, their customer rep line, left voicemail, sent email asking or updates and then eventually asking for a refund of the deposit and till this day, no one has called me back or emailed me back. Almost a week from when they charged me the deposit, I got a hold of Xavier stating he wasn’t available as he was out sick. (understood but is the company a one man show).
I immediately went to my credit card company to dispute the charges and you should the see the lies they told the credit card company. Stuff along the lines that they contacted me and informed me that I won’t get my deposit back, when Xavier had told me over the phone to request a refund, which I already had done days before getting a hold of Xavier.
So glad i saved all emails from the numerous attempts i’ve made to them, as the credit card company reversed the charges. I do hope they go after these guys and at the least don’t allow the to use that specific credit card service.
For your own good, stay away from these guys.
I CHOSE THIS CARRIER BECAUSE XAVIER/JEAN CLAUDE AGREED THAT MY CAR WILL BE PICKED UP ON OR BEFORE SEPT 30 AND MY CAR WILL BE DELIVERED ON OR AFTER OCTOBER 10,2014.
SEVERAL CALLS FROM THEM SO I CAN COMMIT. WHEN THEY FINALLY GOT MY DEPOSIT, IT SEEMED THAT NOBODY BOTHERED TO PICK UP THE CALLS TO FOLLOW UP WITH SHIPPING/CARRIER INFO. AND THEN, THIS JACKIE TELLS ME THEY CANNOT DELIVER BASED ON MY TERMS. THIS IS PRECISELY THE REASON I CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I WAS PROMISED SUCH.
I WANTED TO MAKE SURE ARRANGEMENTS ARE SETTLED IN NEVADA BEFORE THEY ISSUE AN ORDER, AS THEY WANT TO DELIVER BEFORE THE 10TH AND WE WILL NOT BE THERE YET.
STILL, JACKIE ISSUED AN ORDER, AND ON TOP OF THAT, SHE DID NOT EVEN INFORM ME THAT THE PRICE WAS CHANGE WHEN I GAVE HER AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS TO DELIVER IF ESTIMATED DELIVERY WILL BE AHEAD OF US IN NV.
SEVERAL CALLS THEREAFTER TO CANCEL THE ORDER FOR THE CARRIER, NOBODY WANTS TO ANSWER. I CONVENIENTLY GET AN EXCUSE FROM THIS JACKIE TO JUST COMMUNICATE VIA EMAIL AS THIER PHONE LINE/S ARE DOWN. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO SOMEONE-“XAVIER” ADVISES ME TO JUST CANCEL THE ORDER AND HE’LL ISSUE ME A FULL REFUND OF MY DEPOSIT. HE WANTED ME TO SEND AN EMAIL FOR THE REQUEST TO CANCEL THE ORDER. I ASKED FOR A REPLY BACK, YET THEY DO NOT SEEM TO BOTHER TO REPLY NEITHER THROUGH EMAIL NOR BY PHONE ON THE STATUS OF THE DEPOSIT FULL REFUND REQUEST.
We contracted US Car Transporters on August 29, 2014, to pick up our car in Illinois, and deliver it to Michigan. We were promised by a very smooth talking Jean Claude that our car would be picked up on Saturday, August 30. We were stupid enough to give them a deposit. Here we are, over 2 weeks later, Jean Claude has never called us (he quit answering our calls after about 3 days), and have been in contact with a gal named Jackie twice. Jackie promised my husband on Thursday, Sept. 11, that if our car wasn’t on a truck within 24 hours, we would get our deposit back…..guess what? Car didn’t get picked up as promised, deposit wasn’t returned as promised, and now Jackie won’t return/answer our calls! My husband called there today, phone was answered by ‘John’, Jackie never even bothered to pick up the phone. Just left my husband on the line. I have left 2 messages on Xavier’s voicemail, and he has returned neither call. You have our $200, the car is still in Illinois, and you refuse to return our calls. All we want is our deposit back!!
I would just like to add that I just now (Monday, Sept 15 @ 5:20pm) called, and the phone was answered by “Kobi”, whom I suspect is Xavier, and was put on hold. ‘Kobi’ never returned to the phone.
Mike was very eager to get me a good deal on a transport, and take a $200 deposit to do so.
Mike promised me that the vehicle would be picked up October 8th, 2015, and delivered by the 9th or 10th.
I was soon contacted by the dispatcher Allen. Allen told me there was a truck available that same day, that was only $200 more than what Mike had promised me.
I told him no, the original dates would be fine.
Two days later, Allen informed me that there was yet another truck, but this one would be an additional $100 from what I was promised. Allen also informed me this was the last truck that would be in that area for a week, so we had to do it.
I considered it, however my payment had not yet reached the vehicle owner’s, so I was unable to proceed.
I then informed Allen that I needed a refund so I could procure a plane ticket to go get the vehicle myself.
Allen told me the deposit was non-refundable. Which was nowhere in writing, nor had it been communicated to me.
I got angry with Allen, who then told me he would have the return processed through accounting, and it took 5 business days.
October 25th, here I am, with no refund.
I have contacted my bank, and filed a dispute. Also considering legal action against this terrible company.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I will slander their name across the internet until the day they cease to exist as a company because they are liars, and thieves.
DO NOT, AGAIN, DO NOT PAY THEM FOR ANYTHING.

I was on my way home from visiting my sick grandma when I hit a deer. Mike told me that he could have someone there by 2 PM to pick up my vehicle and deliver it to me but I needed to make a $200 deposit and then pay the driver The rest when they delivered the vehicle at 2 PM the company holding my car called me to tell me that I had to pay Another day of storage fees because the driver did not show up I tried calling Mike it went right to voicemail he never returned any of my calls the following day I called from a different phone and Mike answered and told me that he would have someone there guaranteed by noon again the company called me to tell me that the driver had not shown up I started calling Mike and leaving messages no return calls by 4 o’clock i used my bosses phone and he picked up right away as soon as he realized it was me he put me on hold and never came back at 8 o’clock that night I sent a email asking for refund he responded the next morning saying that I would get my refund in seven days I have not received a refund and have tried emailing all the emaiIs for this company now I get a reply to all the email addresses that email failed to send account closed
