I had my car shipped from Florida to Washington state and items were stolen out of the car. They stole a video camera, digital camera, my aunt’s ring who passed away from cancer, a necklace, as well as other personal items. I called about it and they told me there was nothing they could do since they aren’t held liable for items in the vehicle. Never do business with them.
