  1. This company was excellent in arranging my transport service. If you have been scammed these are the guys to go to. I used them after giving another company 10 days to move my car. I was picked up day I with auto transport 123

  2. Beware, this is a brokerage company! We were told on 2 separate occasions that they are not a broker. I could have paid hundreds less to transport my sons car, but since Matt the son assured us they were not a broker we went with them.
Once they had all my information, I was then giving a carriers phone number along with the drivers number… If your not a broker then why did I receive another carriers number……

And on their website it says track your car, thats false to. You enter your order number and email and a red screen flashes so the only way to track it is to call them.

Also when I did finally reach someone, (a female) she lied and said my son was called that very day, hmmm. Then why did I get a text at the end of that day that NO ONE Called or text my son. Yet another lie.
Thank god for Puma auto transport, they were the company that delivered my sons car, other than that transport 123 are liars and the customer service is horrible. No follow up phones calls or emails with updates about the car being shipped. NEVER GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Despite promises that I would be “taken care of,” repeated calls to the company over the long delivery delay would often lead to excruciating hold times only to be cut off by a recorded message to call back later. My car was over eight days late not only because of equipment failure but the driver admitted he had been sick enroute.

The inside driver door was filthy and it cost me $100 in detailing fees to get it cleaned.

It also cost me a full week in additional rental car fees because of the inexcusably poor turnaround time.

Run, don’t walk, away from this shabby operator.

  4. I received a quote of $700 to be picked up on a certain date. Five days later to no avail, I was then told the quote was too low. Well I didn’t give the quote, they did.If I wanted the car picked up I had to give another $100 dollars. I had no choice but to now pay $800. Three days later a company was assigned. That morning I received a phone call that their truck broke down and it would be another week before they would be able to pick up the car. At that point I cancelled the whole order. I’ve asked for my $100 deposit back; but to no avail. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

  5. I was told a truck would come to my house and if it was unable to due to city restrictions I would meet it at a parking lot local to my home. A flatbed truck with an suv already loaded showed up to my house to take it to New Jersey to maybe meet a truck. Then when I called AT123 to discuss this, I was called a liar and was yelled at for not being happy with what I was told. I was never told a flatbed would appear nor did Steve (supposedly it’s his family business) who I set up the truck with originally, speak with me on the phone. I had to speak to a secretary who was nasty as ever. I thought they were a great company but turns out they just want the money, which they refuse to refund even though they lied. We even requested the recordings of the calls which were denied. I was on a tight timeline and they royally screwed me over.

  6. I was very specific in discussing contract, and in notations made on written contract, that I was leaving the country. The vehicle was to be delivered to a third person. The amount was set, and deposit made. Remainder to be COD. Pickup date to be made upon notice from dealer that vehicle ready. Multiple messages left with them that vehicle ready, no replys made. Finally date set. No pick up. When finally picked up, excuses for delaying delivery. Upon delivery to my third party, added additional $60 fee. Paid. Many emails and phone calls later, no response from Crossroads. NEVER notified of change in contract amount.

  7. I was initially quoted $625 and wound up paying $850. Order was placed 6+ weeks in advance of pickup. We were moving to Florida and felt that the price was jacked up due to the Labor Day weekend and the someone’s greed. Not sure who pocketed the extra $225.00 but, to me, this represents a “bait and switch” tactic.

  8. Paid advance broker fee of $100 several weeks in advance of need. Called day before pickup and they had done nothing. Original quote was $400 for driver. Called back and said driver needed $500 to take load – $450 in cash and another $50 on credit card. Spoke with driver – of course he never saw the $50. These guys are straight up

  9. Technically AT123 met all of their contractual obligations to me. I cannot say that they legally violated anything. However, their salesman promised me that my car would be picked up in 3 days or less, with a quote “High likelihood it would be picked up the first day”. This did not happen, it took 5 days. He also swore up and down they were not a broker, and that they only used certain drivers, which is also complete BS.

When I called on Thursday, I could not get the salesperson I had spoken to, so I called the other number he gave me and got Janine. Oh holy crap do you not want to deal with Janine. At the first mention of my dissatisfaction with the pick up delay, she began yelling at me about reading my contract. I said, I know what the contract says, but your sales rep promised me 3 days or less. She then essentially told me “sucks to be you” and asked if I wanted to cancel, and they would keep my deposit. Of course I did not want to lose the deposit so I left it at that. I lived in NYC for a couple years so I am used to their manner of speaking, but this lady takes the cake as one of the single most heinous harpies I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to on the phone.

The actual shipping portion(not AT123) went fine, guy was fast, car had no damage, paid and good to go. Wish I knew what his company name was so I could give him 5 stars.

After the shipment was complete, Janine calls me back in her Marissa Tomei/My Cousin Vinny voice from hell and tells me to fill out a review. If I fill out a review and give them five stars, my salesman will win a contest! And I also get to enter a raffle and if I win I get my deposit back! How unbelievably shady is that? Give us 5 stars, to enter a raffle, to get your 150 bucks back. Wow. Does transport reviews know about this? They are about to.

Stay away. Stay far, far, away.

(Oh yeah and even though they show up as 24 hours on some websites, they are not. You will not get anyone to answer anything on Saturday or Sunday. I was fed a whole line of BS about being able to track my vehicle the whole way, completely not true.)

Update 2: Since I posted this review, AT123 has called both my personal cell and my business cell phone. On my personal cell alone, they called 16 times in less than 10 minutes, and an additional 4 times on my business cell. I let it go because I was curious how long they would keep it up. I have the screenshots to prove it!

Update 3: More calls from an unknown New York cell phone which I obviously did not answer.

  10. Tara was a very good sales person, she tod me everything I needed to know and then as we were making the deal and was going through the contract it said pay driver in cash upon arrival. I told her this would not work for me and needed to go with another company. She told me no problem we can work through that part of it and just put it on the same card as the fee. Like a dumbass I signed the contract and was screwed. Bottom line Tara flat out lied to me to make the sale, each time I called her back to discuss this it seems my number was blocked from them because I kept getting the message “call cannot be completed as dialed”. After doing this several times in a row I used a different phone got right through left message and no return call. I sent several emails no reply. Did I get my car yes, was it timely yes, IS TARA A DAMN LIAR YES. AS SHE BADMOTHED OTHER COMPANIES FOR SIMILAR TACTICS, THIS MAKES HER WORSE IN MY BOOK.

  11. This company is a bunch of liars and crooks. Any other company would be better.

  12. Salesperson Kassaundra Catlin contacted me repeatedly around 5/9/18 to pursuadd me to do business with her company by promised me that they already has driver at Spokane WA ready to pick up my car on 5/12/18, so I signed contract with her on 5/9/18. But on the date of 5/12/18, no drivers showed up nor any phone calls from them. I left voice messages to them to call me back regarding to the status; but they never return my phone calls, text or emails. I checked on their website regarding to my status, the record indicated that 1st pick up date was set on 5/14/18, Est. load date was set on 5/15/18, Est. delivery date was set on 5/25/18. But nobody ever call or come to pick up my car?! they never contact me to explain why they didn’t keep the promise dates?!seems like they just filled in the blanks with any dates so I can’t call other companies, but have to just waiting around wasting my times! They also tried to took my money from my checking account $100 on 5/15/18 for something they didn’t even do nor its in my contract. I had to reported this fraudulent activity to my financial institution. please be aware, do not do business with this company.

  13. if I can put zero star I will put zero instead of one.
