Got a quote for standby service for $510 where the vehicle was clearly identified as a Jeep Patriot. When I filled the online order it generated an invoice for $625. When I asked about it on the phone they checked the price and it went to $850. I cancelled.
1. The fine lines are over 50 long however read the fine lines before you SEND A DEPOSIT.
2. Once the company takes your deposit, no matter the circumstances you will never get it back so be careful before signing off your deposit.
3. The quote you receive by mail is just a way to get you. In my case they revised the quote upwards once I contacted them.
4. They offer you stand-by shipping but do all they can to scare you into using regular shipping a more expensive alternative.
Corporate Auto Transport is a horrible company. Not only do they deceive and cheat their customers out of money, they lie and cheat their employees. When they tell you that the price shouldn’t change that much, it’s untrue. I worked for them for 7 months and when they laid me off because they wanted to go to commission only, they told unemployment I quit and now I owe all that money back to the state. Tara and Ryan Nayer are not to be trusted and will deceive every chance they get. They are horrible people and I hope karma catches up with them. DO NOT TRUST CORPORATE AUTO TRANSPORT!!!!!!
My wife and I were moving across the country and chose to fly rather than drive and our first company disappeared on us two weeks or so before the move so we were in a panic, but called corporate auto transport hoping they could help us. Tara not only got our contract done quickly for me but she found us a driver within just a few hours of my call. The driver was awesome and arrived on time too. He was very pleasant to work with as he checked over our car and did his paperwork. He delivered the car to us the day after we arrived saving us a ton of money on a rental car we thought we’d need based on the first company’s delivery estimate. So, from start to finish this company was polite, compassionate, helpful and kind. This is exactly the kind of customer service we should see with everything. They really came through for us!
