I attempted to get a car transported. The salesman insisted that every company out there with a price cheaper than his is a scam. I declined based on how disrespectfully he treated me. In fact he hung up on me. He then called my cell phone and left a nasty message stating that he hopes that I get scammed. I called back to complain and the supervisor hung up on me as well. I am still getting nasty voicemail messages from them. The harassment is horrible.
Scammers!! I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks for my car to be picked up which never happened! But they kept promising the pick in 2-3 days. After waiting all this time decided to cancel and went with Mom Auto Shipping Co. They actually did it in 3 days which i was really happy about. Next.. Getting my deposit back of 150. These scammers kept promising the return for a month!! Ralph who works there and talks btw very fast promised me a refund every Friday.. and ofcourse never happened becuase that’s how scammers work. So i just called my bank and explained my situation with this idiots and they wrote down my complaint and issued me a refund, after that they contacted their bank for further explanation.. So that’s how it works if you go with a cheap company… I ended up paying an extra $300. But my head did not ache after that.. I should have done some research before working with these losers.. hope you don’t do the same mistake i’ve done..

I was buying a car and asked if they could guarantee pick up if I used them because I had a flight to get back home and needed a car picked up before the flight. I asked several times before I gave my non refundable deposit and they said yes 100% it will be picked up before then! Needless to say it was picked up 3 days later. Nate started the transaction and then he gave his manager Ralph from Dolphin Auto Transport the phone when I called wile they were running late and he also Guaranteed it would make just a little bit late. Dolphin Auto Transport were rude once they got the deposit and Dolphin Auto Transport didn’t keep their word about being on time and basically said I don’t know what to tell well get to it when we can! Horrible customer service! Id never use them again!!!
was told $200 broker fee and pay trucker when he arrived another $600. Got a call from the trucking company and was told for that price I would probably have to wait a month if lucky for a driver to pick it up. Looked at my credit card and dolphin not only took out the $200 agreed on, but also took out the other $600 that was supposed to go to the driver COD, who i was not going to use since he would be a month later than dolphin promised. Don’t use a broker, go directly to trucking company or don’t be surprised if you are swindled like me. Hard and expensive lesson to learn.
