  1. I was charged twice for this company’s service. I did not authorized the second and third charge on my credit card. I authorized just one for a $100.00 deposit toward a $550.00 price quote that is annotated on the company’s form. The remaining balance of $450.00 was to be paid by cashiers check to the driver when the vehicle was delivered. It was done. All paid for.
    After my vehicle was delivered the other charges to my credit card were done without my consent. Negative complaints may be a small percentage on the outlook of customer service for this company but don’t let it be you next and experience what I have. It has been a inconvenience for me having to legally now claim what was done wrong to me. I would not recommend this service from this company.

  2. The process of scheduling the pickup and delivery of vehicle from MO to CT was smooth. Vehicle was ultimately picked up and delivered on-time and without issue. No Limits Logistics was great to work with until it came to the matter of payment.

    I gave NLL my credit card to charge a $100 deposit and was told that I would pay the balance of the cost ($700) to the driver C.O.D. I agreed to this both verbally and via signed contract. Several days later, I noticed that NLL had charged my credit card $800. When I called, I was assured that this meant that they would pay the driver directly.

    On the delivery day, I received a call from the driver saying that he needed $700 C.O.D. to deliver the vehicle. Several calls later, NLL assured me that they wired the money to the driver and driver agreed to drop vehicle.

    Nearly a week later, they have still not paid the driver AND THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ANOTHER $800! NLL will not answer or return my phone calls or emails. I have disputed both credit card charges and am sending a $700 check to the driver.

    Avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

  3. I request a quete and they sent me the quote. The price was OK . Chris called me and told me that if I paied $150.00 deposit they will pick up the vehicle after two days. I gave him the information for my Visa card. He charged me the full amount in two transactions and when I called him back to find out why he charged me the full amount ?? . He told me that he charged my Visa only for a $150.00 ( which is not true). Then no one show on time to pick up my vehicle. I tried to call him but no answer, left him many voice mails to call me back but still no answer and send him more than one e mail but he ignored me and no reply. Then I went on line and found a different phone number and the owner’s e mail. I called the company and sent an e mail to the owner ( Joeseph Coppola ). Finally the owner e mailed me back and told me that he will check what is going on and someone will contact me which is another B.S. Because no one contact me at all and I have to chase those guys for almost 8 days. Finally another Rep. Told me that he can ship my vehicle with an extra fees $700.00. After a long conversation with him he arranged for a delivery .
    This is the worst experience I have with any company. Those guys are not honest and they are a big scam. If you are looking to transport your vehicle don’t give them any business and don’t go through this hassel .

  4. This is the second time I used No Limits. The first time was great and went without a hitch. This time has been a nightmare!!! They erroneously charged my credit card an additional $2100. They upped the bid to the driver but didn’t tell me, so the carrier held my car hostage for a day. It was agreed that I pay the difference then Joe was going to send me a check as a refund. That was a month and a half ago and I have a trail of emails stating that he’s going to check into it when he gets to the office. I even offered to write a positive review when I got the check but obviously that didn’t motivate him to keep to his word.
    I’m sorry that I trusted them to keep their promise and I hope that they realize that sending me the money that they owed would have come back to them tenfold since I transport cars often PLUS I would have actually encouraged people to do business with them.
    DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY
