  1. “F” Rated Better Business Bureau Auto Broker, Beware, Stay Away!!!!!!!!

My son in law contracted with this pathetic Auto Broker and got ripped off. Not only was his Honda Damaged, the driver who was brokered out, damaged his front bumper and demanded $400 more than what was promised by Juan. After 3 weeks, I still was not reimbursed by this lousy Auto Broker. Look at their “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau. Click on this link to the BBB and see for yourself…..http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/auto-transporters-and-drive-away-companies/mercury-auto-transport-in-fort-lauderdale-fl-92011687

  2. Where’s my money? F Rated BBB Auto Broker

My son in law was lied to and deceived by a sales rep named Jim. He was promised that Mercury owned their own trucks and that his $1200 would never go up. After 2 weeks of being lied to by Jiim and Juan about a truck arriiving each day, his Honda was finally picked up by a brokered carrier company not affiiliated with Mercury. Cortez, the driver, never heard of Mercury. When my son-in-law’s Honda finally arrived, the front bumper was damaged and Cortez was asking for $400 more than what was agreed to in the contract giiven by Jim. To this day, Mercury refuses to grant my request for a refund. What do you expect from an F Rated Better Business Bureau Auto Broker? Beware, Stay away!!!!!

  3. I received a quote from Mercury Auto Transport to transport my car from South Carolina to Texas. Original quote was for $700. I was informed by Jim at Mercury Auto Transport that “money talks” in the auto transport biz. He informed me that offering more money would increase my chances of getting my car picked up and delivered sooner. We decided to offer $1000. Shortly after making the $1000 offer Jim called me with a driver from CNC Logistics. I was told my car would be picked up and delivered by Sunday or Monday at the latest. This was the main reason we made the $1000 offer so I can get the car “sooner rather than later”. Sunday rolls around and no word from driver. I call the driver and he says Monday evening or Tuesday at the latest due to some “unexpected federal filings”. I told him that I do not know what that means but I will take off work for another day to be available for delivery on Tuesday. On Monday the driver calls me and tells me he has some very bad news for me.. He tells me his truck was stolen but my car was left behind on the trailer. I asked the driver where the trailer and my car are currently located and he told me at his house in Georgia. Also, the keys to my car are in his truck which was stolen as well. So that’s where we stand as of right Monday, August 18th, 2014. We will see how this turns out. I will be writing same review for CNC Logistics.

  4. SH#T F Rated BBB Auto Broker, What do you expect?

My son in law was lied to, deceived and scammed by a sales Rep named Jim. We were charged $400 dollars more from a brokered out truck. Mercury is an Auto Broker. They are like all the rest. Our vehicle was picked up 2 weeks late and arrived in California with a damaged bumper. Where’s the money you owe me for this? They run and hide and take your money. Stay away from this F Rated BBB Pathetic Auto Broker.

  5. I really cannot imagine how this company is still in business. This was without a doubt one of the worst experiences I have ever had in purchasing a service.
They quoted me a price and said it was firm and yet it kept going up and up. then they asked for a up front deposit in spite of the fact they did not have a driver lined up. After being jerked around on price and phony pick-up promises I called them and told them they were fired and that I no longer wanted anything to do with them. I asked for my deposit back. They never sent it. These people didn’t seem to understand what being fired meant although I can’t believe it isn’t something that they frequently experience. They kept calling the person I purchased the car from telling him they were planning on picking up the car and then they asked him to call me to try and get me to change my mind about using their company. They even called me and said they had a truck. I don’t believe them. I asked them if they understood that I had fired them, they didn’t seem to.
WARNING DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH MERCURY AUTO TRANSPORT
I am putting this rating on their sight that claims they have a five star rating although I am sure it will end up on their sight that has a two star rating. Huh? two sights one for good ratings and one for bad ratings. Wow what an outfit
